All our jewellery comes beautifully gift boxed. We can gift wrap and add a personal message. Just email your requirements when placing your order.

Delivery

All items are posted free of charge. Postage is by 2nd Class, Recorded, or Special Delivery depending of the value of your order. Please email us if expedited delivery is required.
 

Consumer Rights

Louise Perrins Jewellery is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations, our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may of been dispatched, up to seven days from receipt.
 

Payments

All Major Credit cards are accepted through Paypal. 
We Use PayPal to process payments securely and you don't need a PayPal account to pay.
PayPal Buyer Protection covers all your online purchases.

Returns

Returns accepted for full refund within seven days after the item is delivered. All items to be returned in the original box and condition by Royal Mail Recorded delivery at the buyers own cost.

We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you have a problem please do not hesitate to contact us.

Terms And Conditions

If the products delivered are defective, not what you ordered or damaged on delivery please notify us straight away and return to us using Royal Mail Recorded delivery.  You should keep a proof of posting.  Full postal costs will be refunded.
